His training equips him to work effectively with stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and overall mental well-being, alongside physical fitness and therapeutic yoga practices.
Professionally, Shri Sushant Jain has worked with reputed yoga and wellness centres, hospitals, educational institutions, and corporate environments. His experience spans roles as a yoga instructor, assistant yoga teacher in hospital settings, and wellness facilitator across diverse populations. He has conducted yoga sessions, health talks, and wellness programs for corporates, hotels, media houses, schools, and community organizations, adapting practices to suit beginners, professionals, and individuals with specific health concerns.
Shri Sushant Jain is a certified yoga professional, having completed multiple formal trainings, including certification from a Yoga Alliance–registered institution, courses from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, and specialized training in pranayama, yoga therapy, naturopathy, and community nutrition.
